We choose the architecture and manage delivery in our own environment. You review working software and provide timely decisions through Kelly.
Deliver the agreed beta, then test and stabilize toward version one. The proposal defines included refinement and release criteria; new requirements follow change control.
You own the commissioned application under the agreed terms. At completion, receive the agreed deployment and operating package, then choose a planned operational takeover or continued hosting.
The total development fee and measurable checkpoints are agreed before work begins.

The final 10% is held through agreed refinement and becomes payable at version one, independently of operational takeover.
Hosting and third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. Initial estimates use expected users, traffic, storage, and processing; actual usage can change costs.
Agreed beta refinement is included. After version one, maintenance requires a separate service agreement, even while takeover is pending. Continued hosting and maintenance can be arranged under an annually renewable agreement, with interim maintenance covered by a monthly agreement.
After takeover, your team assumes operations and support. Additional help is available through agreed transition assistance, prepaid support blocks, or a monthly retainer.
Our model keeps development outside customer architecture boards, release procedures, and internal delivery governance. Initial development and beta run in an environment we control; internal tools and development systems remain private.
Necessary access to your systems, equipment, or facilities can be accommodated through limited written exceptions. Access, security conditions, responsibilities, and effects on cost or timing are agreed in advance.
The completion package covers the applicable release repository, dependencies, build and deployment instructions, database migrations, configuration, and operating documentation. Pre-existing assets and third-party dependencies are addressed in the agreed terms.
Receiving the package does not transfer operations automatically. A separate transition plan establishes responsibilities, assistance, fees, and the takeover date. All technical and support communication continues through Kelly.
